Our roofing warranties include labor, materials, and Preferred Contractor Extended warranties 

Labor Warranty: We offer a 10-year labor warranty on full roof replacements

10-year labor warranty on a FULL roof replacement

Material Warranty*: Roof repair material warranties are done on a case by case basis because they vary so much from product to product. Owens Corning offers warranties for their roofing materials – warranty details depend on roofing type. For example, one roofing material may be warrantied for 3 years for wind speeds of up to 80mph, whereas another may have a warranty for 10 years with wind speeds of 140mph.

PREFERRED CONTRACTOR Warranty*: As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we are authorized to provide an additional, fee based, Extended Labor and material warranty.
